REFUND OF PASSENGER BALANCE AMOUNT

All the passengers traveling in BEST buses are request to tender exact fare. In case is the counductor is not having change to return passenger balance amount,
the passenger should insist upon Counductor to write on reverse of the ticket the balance amount due to him,
his singatur and his number, The passenger may follow up with the office of the Superintendent, Ticket & Cash Department Wadala, Mumbai- 400031.
after a week from the day of travel and present the concerned ticket where he will be paid his balance amount due to him after due scrutiny of the ticket.
Alternatively, the passenger may send the concerned ticket with the covering letter to the Superintendent, Ticket & Cash Department Wadala, Mumbai-400031.

After due scrunity of the ticket, balance amount due to him will be sent to him by Money order after deduction the money order commission as per the practice in vogue.
